Customer Care

Sadiqa's Unique-s offers Store Credit or Repair Service 

Store Credit  -   You will be responsible for the shipping charges.  The item must be within 14 days in the exact same condition as when it arrived to you.  The store credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item via email.  

Repair Service - is offered within the 1st 30 days after receipt, Service is offered only when a malfunction of the item is on my part, or it was damaged in travel.  Testing of zippers, buttons, handles, carry weight etc are performed and pictures are taken of every item before shipment.  I will make every effort to provide a profound repair service. If you decide to return the item you are responsible for the shipping it back to me.  However, once repaired I will ship back to you free of shipping charges. 

It is highly recommended that you please make a discern decision on your purchase as there are no refunds
