At this time Sadiqa's Unique-s cannot offer refunds.  Please understand, I am currently a one woman business.  If your item was damaged in travel I will replace it or repair it upon receipt of the 1st item.  After an inspection of returned item replacement or repair will be determined.  Please know that customer satisfaction is my #1 goal and I stand by all of my items. A thorough check is performed on each item before shipping.  I work solely, and I put lots of time, materials, labor, travel and most importantly love into my projects.  I will make every effort to provide a profound repair service in effort to gain your satisfaction.  Out of town customers will be sent pre-paid shipping packaging to return your item and the item will be returned to you.  NO CHARGE TO YOU!!
